Starting out as a construction worker in the early 70’s, I quickly learned I was skilled at working with my hands. I went to work for a General Contractor who built the homes completely, from the ground-up. I was able to learn much along the way and eventually became a superintendent during mid 80’s and early 90’s. I became a General Contractor and owner of Day Construction Company in 1992.
Specializing in residential remodeling, I did well for a number of years, but I found something even better. In 1996 I received an offer to inspect hundreds of foreclosed investment properties.
